How to file a complaint with the NCOWCICB

The North Carolina On-site Wastewater Contractor Inspector Certification Board (NCOWCICB) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and competence of onsite wastewater contractors and inspectors. If you believe there's been a violation of the North Carolina General Statute 90A or the North Carolina Administrative Code 21 NCAC Chapter 39, you can file a complaint with the NCOWCICB.
